The Golf Tournament is less than three weeks away! Spots are filling up fast! Coach Manning and Stan Pendrak will be @ Damien's on Thursday, October 6th from 8pm-9pm. They will be collecting sign up fees (for foursomes and sponsors) for WH Golf Tournament. For those that are playing and wishing to sign up, please make every effort to make your payment that evening. Please continue to spread the word! If you can't make it Thursday, we will have one other night to meet and pay/sign up. Please feel free to send a check to WH Hockey Boosters to Stan Pendrak in the amount of $95.00 p/player ($380.00 per foursome) Please include all names of the players in your group. We are looking for $50 hole sponsors and could also benefit from gift cards or gift certificates if cash sponsorship is not ideal (restaurants, etc.)

HS Conditioning Camp!

Attention WH High School Hockey Players... A High School Conditioning Camp is being offered to all WH High School Hockey players and surrounding towns. Rockland Rink just announced their 22nd Annual Conditioning Camp to all skaters. It is 7 hours of conditioning and intensive drills! Several WH players attended this conditioning camp last year and our program received positive feedback. Three sessions are being offered.

GOLF TOURNAMENT! October 23rd!!!

This is one of our biggest fundraisers for our hockey program. Golfers and Sponsors Needed! Rockland Golf Course Tee times: 11:00am to 1PM. Fee: $100.00 per golfer. “Scramble” format Whats included: Golf, prizes, and lunch. Carts are a separate cost, but the course is very easy to walk. The ceiling for number of foursomes is (16) or (64) golfers/players. Please contact Coach Manning(manningfamily6@verizon.net) or Stan Pendrak @ standrea122@verizon.net to hold your foursome. Welcome to W-H Hockey Season 2011-2012

We hope you all had a great summer!

Those new to our program, we welcome you and look forward to a successful year!

Our hockey program is predominantly funded by fundraising!

We have several fundraisers planned for the upcoming year, W-H Hockey Annual Golf Tournament, W-H Homecoming Football Game, Damien's Meat raffle, just to name a few.

On October 23rd, Whitman-Hanson Hockey will be hosting it's annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Calling all Golfers! Calling all Sponsors!

Where: Rockland Golf Course Time: 11:00am Golfers will be needed, pricing and information to be announced. Hole(18) sponsors needed. Price per hole $50.00.

On Friday Night, October 14th @ W-H Homecoming Football Game each W-H Athletic Program will be represented and hosting their own table.

On Saturday November 5th, W-H Annual Meat Raffle @ Damien's, Rte 58, Hanson MA. 2pm-4pm

Stan Pendrak, President of WH Hockey Boosters, will be following up with an email/letter with additional information with regards to the upcoming season!

Announcement for Prospective Players!

Calling All WH Players!! Calling All WH PLAYERS and incoming Freshman!!

~South Shore Coaches League-Summer Hockey Program will begin on June 13th!

~Coach Manning's Hockey Skills Summer Program will be on Mondays, 7am-8:20am 15.00 per session!

Details on the S.S. Coaches Summer Hockey Program: Fee is $225.00. A $100 deposit to secure a spot, with the balance due on the night of the first game. Games will be played on Monday evenings starting at 6pm and running to 10pm. 1 hr. running time. There will be a draft to equalize teams. 8 area High Schools will be participating.
The season starts on Monday June 13th and runs to August 22nd . No game will be played on Monday July 4th.

Seasons End Banquet Date Set

The Panthers and their families will celebrate an exciting year of hockey at the season ending annual banquet. It will be on Saturday, April 9th at the Whitman-Hanson High School at 4pm.

This will be a night look back and enjoy the great moments of this past season as we head into the offseason.

It also provides all of us a chance to enjoy the company of our senior players and their families that have been such a large part of the program throughout their 4 years!

2011-2012 Captains Announced

During the final varsity team meeting of the season the Captains for the 2011-2012 season were announced.

Senior defenseman AJ Glynn will be joined by Senior forward Anthony Villanueva as the two Panther Captains for the 2011-2012 season.

Congratulations to both players as the team prepares for the season end banquet to wrap up an exciting season!
