MEETING FOR ALL PARENTS OF HOCKEY PLAYERS

Hi our first official 'Booster' meeting will be held Monday, Sept. 22 @ 7pm @ Meadowbrook in Hanson.  Please try to have at least one parent of each player attend.  We will be discussing the upcoming season, the new user fee, fundraising - what and how we will spend money raised.  If you would like your voice heard, please bring it to Meadowbrook next Monday!  We're very excited to keep the program moving in the right direction and are looking forward to giving these boys some of the benefits they haven't been able to enjoy in the past due to lack of funds.  Please support our kids and come listen, share an idea, volunteer to help out etc.  It is what WE make it!

Could you please post and or email that the weight room at the high school is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2-5pm.  The school has hired a trainer to be in the room to work with our athletes.

I will give the trainer our work out info and all our players need to do is show up. Great opportunity for our team, let's take advantage of this.

3 vs 3

The Captains have organized 3on3 hockey at the bog on Wednesday night from 7-8pm. $15 for walk ons. Dates are April 30, May 7, 14, 21, and 28.

Yoga

Our school is offering YOGA class to our athletes. We would highly recommend our players attend 3 sessions that are offered. Starting Wednesday 4/30 and on the next 2 consecutive Wednesdays after school.

People at our school are working hard to improve the overall strength and conditioning of our athletes, we need to support.

Congrats to the 3 seniors who were recognized today at the WH Hockey Banquet - Mike Bonavita, Cam MacDonald & Andy Shepardson!
Nick Villanueva and Zach Burke will be returning as captains along with Liam Sweeney who was voted in for next season!
