HS Conditioning Camp!

Attention WH High School Hockey Players... A High School Conditioning Camp is being offered to all WH High School Hockey players and surrounding towns. Rockland Rink just announced their 22nd Annual Conditioning Camp to all skaters. It is 7 hours of conditioning and intensive drills! Several WH players attended this conditioning camp last year and our program received positive feedback. GOLF TOURNAMENT! October 23rd!!!

This is one of our biggest fundraisers for our hockey program. Golfers and Sponsors Needed! Rockland Golf Course Tee times: 11:00am to 1PM. Fee: $100.00 per golfer. “Scramble” format Whats included: Golf, prizes, and lunch. Carts are a separate cost, but the course is very easy to walk.
