WH Boys Hockey Golf Tournament
The golf tournament to support the boys hockey teams is being held Friday, August 22 1:30pm Pembroke Country Club. More info to follow....
WH WEIGHT ROOM
From Coach Bina:
Could you please post and or email that the weight room
at the high school is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from
2-5pm. The school has hired a trainer to
be in the room to work with our athletes.
I will give the trainer our work out info and all our
players need to do is show up. Great opportunity for our team, let's take
advantage of this.
