All boys hockey parents are asked to attend our next meeting on Tuesday, Jan 21st @ 7 @ WH (2nd floor).

Yearbook Pictures

Yearbook pictures will be taken on Tuesday, 1/14 evening @ 8:20pm at the Rockland Rink for the Varsity team.  Be sure to bring both jerseys.
(JV pics were taken on 1/9 at practice)

Varsity Canning schedule- Sun Jan 5th

All players have been assigned a 1.5 hour time slot, shared with a teammate or two.

Still need one varsity parent volunteer to cover 130-3 @ stop&shop.

Thanks to all the parents who volunteered to "supervise" a shift!

 

·        All players should wear their jerseys while they are canning

·        Arrive 5 minutes before your shift starts

·        We can’t “ask” for money, but will have a donation cans/signs at each location

·        Remember, you are representing your high school sport!!!

MEETING

Hockey parent (booster) meeting on Tuesday, Dec 10th @ 7pm at WH High School Library.
Please try to have at least one parent per player attend.  There is much to discuss!  Please bring your company sponsorship (business card and $50 for each ad). Every player (JV & VARSITY) is asked to get at least one business sponsor or make a $50 donation with a personal message to be included in the WH program booklet to be handed out at each varsity home game.
Coach Bina will also be in attendance.  Future fundraising ideas will be discussed.  If we want to continue to have a JV program, all parents need to help support!  Thanks & we look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday.

Tryout Schedule

The tryout schedule will be as follows. As always, please check back periodically for any changed or additional information.

Monday Dec. 2nd 2:20pm Rockland Rink

Wednesday Dec. 4th 4:45am Rockland Rink

Be sure your physical is up to date, online parent permission form is complete, up to date impact test complete.  You also must be eligible academically. Without all these things in order, you can not tryout.

Player Meeting w/Joe Bina

There is a meeting next Wed, Nov. 6th @ 7pm at the Rockland Rink for all players who will be trying out for hockey.
Please make every effort to attend. If you cannot make it, please get in touch with Coach Bina.

Meat Raffle

Panther Hockey will be hosting a meat raffle @ Damien's on Saturday, Nov. 2nd @ 2.  If you have a player trying out this year, please make every effort to attend (and bring some friends :) ) This is always a great time!

Meeting Oct. 15th

One parent per player should make an effort to attend the WH Hockey boosters meeting next Tuesday 10/15 @ 7pm at the Hanson Police Station.
We're  hoping for a big turnout! See you there.
